Prieuré Roch’s working methods are uncompromising and outspoken. It works completely biodynamically, paying close attention to life in the vineyard. In the cellar, they opt for whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation and ageing without excessive influence of new wood. Sulphite use is kept to a minimum and the wines are often bottled unfiltered. The result is a style distinguished by intensity, depth and an almost raw purity. A somewhat playful and fruity wine. A ‘vin de soif’ as the domaine itself characterises the wine.
