Made from grapes from vineyards located in the far south of the Côte de Nuits, which produces more feminine and mineral wines than their northern counterparts. Aged in French oak. The grapes are picked by hand. Hoeing is done between the vines so that the soil is aerated and more ‘alive’. It also allows the roots of the vines to grow deeper into the soil. This results in the distinctive taste of the terroir in the wine.
