Clément Lavallée is a young winemaker who has developed his own style on his father’s domaine. The company is run by Clément and his sister Caroline from Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. They work organically. So no use of chemicals, insecticides or added sulphites. The first year this cuvée has been released. A beautiful Irancy of 100% Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied, supple and somewhat earthy. Aged 24 months in oak. Limited availability, numbered bottle.
