Sumptuous 2022 Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru from one of the appellation’s finest Premier Cru parcels: the Morgeot vineyard. Vinified and aged with elegance and precision by Louis Lequin. A full-bodied round wine, with long finish. The grapes are picked by hand. Hoeing is done between the vines so that the soil is aerated and more ‘alive’. It also allows the roots of the vines to grow deeper into the soil. This results in the distinctive taste of the terroir in the wine. The wine has been awarded a gold medal by Decanter.
