Domaine de la Perrière owns about 12 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Chardonnay. Naturally in Chablis but also in Tonnerre. The soils – rich in limestone and fossil deposits – give the wines a distinctive tension and purity. This white Burgundy is fresh, mineral and has (partial) wood ageing. From vines 40+ years old. The domaine is located in the village of Chemilly-sur-Serein, on the edge of the Chablis appellation.
