Clément Lavallée is a young winemaker who has developed his own style on his father’s domaine. The company is run by Clément and his sister Caroline from Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. They work organically. So no use of chemicals, insecticides or added sulphites. This Saint-Bris is the odd one out. In fact, it is the only appellation in Burgundy where Sauvignon is grown. An official Burgundy, made from Sauvignon-Blanc. Fresh, light, dusty and fruity.
