Catharina Sadde decided to blend the 2022 vintage with 2023, this is the rare ‘sans millésime’ version of the cuvée. An elegant and energetic white Burgundy. Les Horées’ vineyards cover 1.3 hectares, with most of the plots cultivated biodynamically. The domaine’s approach is minimalist, with respect for the terroir at its core. The grapes are harvested manually, and vinification is done with little intervention to bring out the pure expression of the grapes.
