For years, Tribut vinified its wines in Dauvissat’s cellars, but today it works from Poinchy, just outside Chablis. The production method, however, remains true to Dauvissat’s style. Manual harvest, fermentation in temperature-controlled enamelled tanks and maturation partly in old oak barrels. The wines undergo a light filtering shortly before bottling, which ensures their purity and finesse.
