They have great depth, suppleness and elegance. The use of new oak barrels is classic, but with moderate extraction. This gives the wines a refined and sincere expression of Pinot Noir. Perhaps nowhere is this grape variety more at home than in Gevrey-Chambertin, where the wines find their classic power and finesse.
