The grapes are harvested by hand in 40kg crates and undergo a rigorous selection process before the stems are removed. Like their father Thierry, the brothers believe in a long ageing period. The wines mature in tanks for the first year and then spend a full year in oak barrels. This process creates a harmonious balance and preserves the purity of the unique terroir.
