Bouzereau harvests manually, works with respect for environment and terroir, and vinifies without too much intervention. The result is pure and balanced wine. The wine has a bouquet of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, complemented by flowers. Aged in oak, which adds some complexity. Mouth-filling, fresh and crisp, with a lingering finish.
