Made from Aligoté Doré from old vines. An elegant wine with flavours of citrus, green apple and white flowers. With lively acidity and a pronounced minerality. At Domaine de Villaine, organic viticulture is central. No pesticides or herbicides are used, and fertilisation is limited to organic compost. This guarantees healthy grapes of the highest quality. The estate produces a wonderful range of wines: Bouzeron, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Rully, Rully Premier Cru and Mercurey. All elegant Bourgogne wines with refinement and character – a pleasure to drink.
