The grapes are harvested by hand in 40-kg crates and undergo rigorous selection before the stalks are removed. The brothers, like their father Thierry before them, believe in long élevage. The wines mature in tanks for the first year and then spend a full year in oak. This process creates a harmonious balance, preserving the purity of the unique terroir.
