Duband is a winemaker with an eye for nature. He makes great wines where the style is clearly recognisable. They are lively, distinctive and elegant wines that emphasise the subtlety and diversity of the different climate zones. Since 2008, Duband has vinified many of his wines with whole clusters. The bitterness of the stems adds finesse and elegance to Pinot Noir, for example. He also harvests early. This gives the wine freshness.
