Sustainability is at the centre of Château de la Maltroye’s working methods. Yields are deliberately kept low and the grapes are harvested by hand. The winery is equipped with modern technology such as pneumatic presses, stainless steel tanks with automatic racking systems and thermoregulation for optimal vinification.
