Shipping

Packed securely and shipped insured. We pack the bottles in thick cardboard – or sometimes styrofoam – packaging. We indicate on the outside that the products are fragile, and the shipment is always insured. We ship with DHL, PostNL and UPS. The choice depends on the country to be shipped to and the weight of the shipment.

Free shipping from €150

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €150. For orders below €150, we charge €6.95 shipping costs. These shipping costs apply to both the Netherlands and Belgium. Within the rest of the EU we ship for free from €250.

Shipped within 2 working days

After placing your order, the wine will be shipped within 2 working days. The wine will be delivered one day later. This applies to the Netherlands. We ship from our own stock, not from a large warehouse. Checking, packing and shipping are therefore handiwork. You will always receive a track&trace e-mail to follow your shipment.

Shipping costs are based on the costs passed on to us by the carrier. These costs vary by country. These are the rates:

Age verification

Parcel carriers carry out age verification at the door in the Netherlands. This is required by law when selling alcohol online. PostNL, UPS or DHL will thus ask for your identification to check your age at delivery.

Shipping to another address?

Would you like the wine(s) to be sent to a different address? For example, because it is a gift? No problem! You can indicate during checkout that the order should be sent to another address. You will then receive the invoice at your own e-mail address and the wine(s) will be sent to the specified address. You can also indicate that the wine should be packed under ‘comments’. We will then ensure the bottle is neatly wrapped.
