Today, the vineyard covers around 40 hectares, spread across the four appellations of Chablis. The grapes grow on the characteristic chalky slopes of Kimmeridgian limestone mixed with Portland clay. Vocoret wines have an unmistakable Chablis profile, characterised by steely minerality, lively citrus aromas and refreshing acidity.
