Red fruit, berries and mild soil notes. Very elegant wine that should really only be drunk around 2033. The grapes are harvested by hand, using treatments and sprays only when really necessary. This leads to spontaneous fermentations, without clarification or bâtonnage. Another feature of Dauvissat is the rigorous selection process at harvest time, which results in relatively low yields.
