Théo Dancer – son of Vincent Dancer – is now the new hub of the domaine in Chassagne-Montrachet. At a young age, he took on an important role and has been at the helm since 2020. His father’s organic (and biodynamic) principles are continued, but he experiments more with ‘new’ grape varieties such as aligoté. His wines are fresh, energetic and elegant. And by now also very much in demand.
