A classic Pommard, with the characteristic complexity. The wine has been sitting for a while and is already fine to drink. Balanced and harmonious with a very nice long finish. Stands out above its village class. The grapes are picked by hand. Hoeing is done between the vines so that the soil is aerated and more ‘alive’. It also allows the grape plants’ roots to grow deeper into the soil.
