The grapes are picked by hand. Weeding is done between the vines so that the soil is aerated and more ‘alive’. It also allows the roots of the vines to grow deeper into the soil. This results in the characteristic taste of the terroir in the wine. Environmental awareness and sustainable farming methods are used.
