Elsa and Cédric Ehrhart are passionate about the rich terroirs and climates of Burgundy. Their goal is to maximise the expression of each vineyard’s unique characteristics. The domaine produces a dozen wines including Meursault, Santenay, Montrachet and Pommard. The vines are guided naturally as they grow, paying attention to the living soil and the rhythms of nature.
