Today, the domaine covers about 40 hectares, spread across the four Chablis appellations. The grapes grow on the characteristic calcareous slopes of Kimmeridgian limestone, mixed with Portlandian clay. Vocoret’s wines have an unmistakable Chablis profile, characterised by steely minerality, lively citrus aromas and refreshing acidity.
