Since its foundation, Dancer took a radical approach: purity and terroir expression above all else. In 2012, the estate was officially certified organic, and many biodynamic principles are now applied. The vineyards are worked and harvested entirely by hand, with extremely low yields to achieve maximum concentration. Dancer’s style is modern and uncompromising, and the wines have unprecedented precision and freshness.
