Auxey-Duresses is known for elegant and somewhat complex wines that are quite often mistaken for those from neighbouring Meursault. This wine completely lives up to this. Bouzereau harvests manually, works with respect for environment and terroir, and vinifies without too much intervention. The result is pure and balanced wine of which this ‘Aussey’ is living proof.
