Domaine de la Perrière owns about 12 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Chardonnay. The soils – rich in limestone and fossil deposits – give the wines a distinctive tension and purity. Mineral, tight and fresh Chablis as a result. The domaine is located in the village of Chemilly-sur-Serein, on the outer border of the Chablis appellation. The domaine is run by the Bouchard family, which has been associated with winemaking in Burgundy for generations. Honest and terroir-loving wines.
