Bouzereau harvests manually, works with respect for environment and terroir, and vinifies without too much intervention. The result is pure and balanced wine. This wine is refined and beautifully displays the freshness of the Saint-Romain terroir. Its mineral character and finesse make this wine particularly suitable to drink young, but it will also deepen with a few years of bottle ageing.
