Elsa and Cédric Ehrhart are passionate about the rich terroirs and climate of Burgundy. Their goal is to maximise the expression of each vineyard’s unique characteristics. The estate produces a dozen wines, including Meursault, Santenay, Montrachet and Pommard. The vines are guided in their growth in a natural way, respecting the living soil and the rhythms of nature.
